Marco Selvaggio is one of the few hang players in the world, still considered the rarest and most magical instrument in the world.

Marco currently plays all over the world in clubs, theaters and festivals, bringing his music and his art around both as a soloist and accompanied by various musicians, artists of various kinds with whom he collaborates and dj-producers.

Marco has experimented with the sound of his hang in various recording projects having produced 5 EPs of electronic, lounge, experimental and pop music and two albums “The Eternal Dreamer” produced for Waterbirds Records by Virlinzi Simona and Midulla Nica (sister and mother of the historic catanese producer Francesco Virlinzi who produced among the many Carmen Consoli, Mario Venuti, Flor de Mal and brought R.E.M. and Radiohead to Catania in 1995) and the album “Aether” produced by Toni Carbone (bassist of Denovo and current sound engineer of Carmen Consoli and Alex Britti) for T-Lab Revolution.

The collaborations with various national and international artists are many, playing live with Arisa, Cesare Malfatti (La Crus), Daniel Martin Moore, Mauro Ermanno Giovanardi, The Niro, Roy Paci, Sagi Rei and many others, opening various concerts and recording his hangs for various recording and artistic projects.

Some of his music has been used by SKY for the Nissan the Quest program and others broadcast on Mediaset and RAI (of which he was a live guest on RAIUNO on Marco Liorni’s “Italia Si”).
